Responsibilities and Duties

  • Welcome the customers (students and parents) and visitors.
  • Answer enquires raised by visitors and customers. Manage enquiries through telephone, email, website and in person.
  • Recruit new students, and make registration.
  • Selling pianos and music books.
  • Collect fees (tuition fees, instruments selling, books selling etc.) from customers and make proper record.
  • Lesson schedule management, include arrangement and maintenance to keep the schedule up to date, clear and effective.
  • Maintain attendance record for students and teachers.
  • Website, social media maintenance.
  • Events preparation, include concerts, competitions, masterclasses and other events.
  • Routine cleaning, to keep the classroom in a welcoming environment.
  • Paper work, include documents maintenance, documents drafting and design, marketing materials design and so on.
  • Attend school meetings.
  • Other works arranged by the director or manager.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Must be patience and nice.
  • Good communication skill needed.
  • Be responsible and able to work in a team.
  • Need to work on Saturday and Sunday.
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma degree or above.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in the east area.
  • 2 years contract.
  • Experience in music school or have piano playing skill will be an advantage.
  • English and Mandarin speaking required. Multilingual is preferred.
  • Working experience preferred.
