As TFE Cluster Reservations Manager for WA & NT, you’ll be responsible for 9 hotels and over 1300 rooms. You thrive on the industry front line. Who doesn’t love a bit of friendly competition?

You’re a trendsetter who’s ready to lead our team of Reservations go-getters in the business of making dreams possible. Literally. You see, without you, our walls would have fewer stories to tell. You don’t just raise occupancy levels and revenue, you ensure guests feel at home, even before they cross our threshold.

You thrive on the creativity front – setting attractive sales strategies with the assistance of the Regional Revenue Manager in an effervescent market environment; giving all it takes to sell every last room. A master juggler with an eagle’s eye, handling high volumes with superb accuracy.

You’re proactive in dealings with people and groups from all walks of life and instinctively ask the right questions to better understand their needs. The same goes for external stakeholders (travel agents, business, and event planners) who seek your counsel. Like us, they look to you as an oracle of sorts.

Based at Rendezvous Hotel Perth Scarborough, and managing a team of 6 reservations agents, you will coach, drive, mentor and ensure the team work together to exceed targets.
