Assistant Service Relationship Manager
JOB ROLES:
· Fulfilling the Staffing needs for Clients (Hotel, Retail & Other Industries applicable)
· Interviewing and assessing prospective applicants and job matching with our potential pool of client
· Briefing the candidates about the responsibilities, groom standards, salary and benefits of the job
· Liaise with the hotels, F&B outlets to arrange work schedules for full time and part time employees
· Recruitment of a pool of staff to be outsourced to our clients
· Maintain and develop relationships with our clients to increase their weekly requests and business
