HR Manager

This is an exciting opportunity to join one of the UK’s leading schools and play a key role providing an efficient and supportive HR and recruitment service.

Your responsibilities will include staff recruitment, retention, and employee relations for both the Junior and Senior departments. Another key priority of the role is the administration and maintenance of the Single Central Register.

You will work closely with the Senior Leadership Team and line managers, providing expert guidance, coaching and support on the full range of HR activities, ensuring a consistent and fair approach to people management throughout the school.

To be considered for this key role, you will need to be CIPD qualified or have equivalent experience of HR policies, procedures and up to date knowledge of HR practices and employment law. You will also need excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to relate well to people on all levels with sensitivity, tact and diplomacy.

Experience of working in a school is not essential.
