VIP Relationship Manager – Global Alcohol Business

A brilliant new role focusing on enhancing and growing the VIP/HNWI segment for a leader of household brands with their prestige portfolio.

Description
Key responsibilities of the role will include:
* Create, develop, and engage actively direct contact and correspondence with identified HNWIs and VIPS building strong relationships at all touch points
* Build a segmented database with all contacts to build a CRM program
* Activate through consumer engagement experiences the database with targeted executions
* In conjunction with local commercial teams define an indirect to VIP RTM with local distributors and key regional retailers
* Lead the strategic development of Prestige portfolio consumer engagement programs
* Infiltrate the HNWI & VIP world through networking event opportunities within the target audiences
* Collaborate with the portfolio Brand Manager to align on the brand strategy & implementation plan for VIPs.
* Identify appropriate partnerships with luxury brands that already have direct relationships with target end consumers.
* Find local partners, to identify appropriate partnerships with non-traditional channels

Requirements
The successful candidate will possess the following qualities:
* Proven track record within the Luxury industry, working directly with top Affluent consumers and HNWI
* Strong interpersonal skills
* Clear elegance, vocabulary choice, conversational capacity, and ability to influence sales
* Comfort in luxury social settings and ability to network with target consumers
* Influencing skills
* Negotiation skills
* Drive and entrepreneurial flare
* Creative thinking and passion for the portfolio!
