Experience:

You’re a great UX Designer and have previously touched on Design Systems

You’re well versed in accessibility and passionate about this space

You have experience partnering with product & front-end engineering teams to build scalable design components across both web and mobile

You’re an investigative thinker and understand best practice design; you know when and why to apply different patterns, and how to adapt these to suit your team

Ability to create a robust and flexible framework of principles, foundations, components and patterns .

You can analyse the current and future applications of your Design System to create a framework that responds or adapts to all devices.

You have a strong portfolio

It would be a huge bonus if you had some front end development experience!
