Trainee Account Handler

Prospectus is a certified B Corp, a movement using business as a force for good and we are now recruiting for a Trainee to join our team. Your main aim will be to support the wider team to deliver client campaigns, accurately and on time every time.

We work with charities, social enterprises and other organisations in the not for profit sector and our talent attraction team utilise their skills, experience and expertise in media buying, digital advertising, creating microsites and social media campaigns in order to attract great people into great organisations.

This position presents an opportunity to develop and grow as part of a well-established and successful team. You will provide high quality admin support to the team and assist in the production and promotion of digital advertising campaigns. Often, you will be the first point of contact for the team, fielding calls and dealing with advertising requests proactively and efficiently. You will be willing and able to manage your own workload and support others within the team, you will learn to work with media businesses and build some key negotiating and communication skills.

As an ideal candidate, you will be a friendly people focused individual, confident in your communications both on the telephone and in person and be able to demonstrate excellent attention to detail and accuracy. You will also be able to multi-task effectively, always take pride in your work and be able to demonstrate a good level of literacy and numeracy.
