System Administrator
Job description / Role
Employment: Full Time
• Salesforce all aspects of user and license management including new user setup/deactivation,
• Roles, Profiles, permissions, public groups (Salesforce Administrator)
• Salesforce user support ticket management, user training and creating training materials
• Identify and gather requirement from end users, stakeholders and business units.
• Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to): Workflow, Process Builder, fields, Page layouts, record types, custom settings, dashboards and reports
• Execution, design and implementation of various systems to include desktop PC’s, servers, network equipment, and software applications.
• Windows Server administration, systems documentation, backup configuration, systems performance monitoring, systems availability monitoring. (Desktop Support)
• Microsoft Office 365 application administration.
• Design, install, upgrade, configure, and repair local and wide area network hardware and infrastructure.
• Projects most often involve design, installation, customization, tuning and maintenance of on premise servers, LANs, WANs and any system depending on connectivity.
• Overseeing computer security and anti-virus updates.
• Knowledge of odoo would be advantage but not mandate
