Aus Power Savers is looking to expand its fun & hardworking solar energy appointment setting team.

This position is available for those who want to work 5-6 days per week.

Do you love to chat, have a bubbly personality and know how to ask the right questions to maintain interest without sounding too much like a salesperson?

Due to extensive national growth, we have an exciting opportunity for a resilient appointment setter to come on board. We are looking for an upbeat, motivated professional who can bring new energy to the team. We have 100 + appointment setters across our 5 offices nationwide & want to double this by the end of 2022!

THE ROLE:

You will be responsible for setting up qualified appointments for our senior sales team. This is a fantastic opportunity to begin a sales career as you initially do not sell anything!

Your responsibilities will include:

– Creating good first impressions & building relationships with residential homeowners.

– Explaining the benefits of solar power & how it provides a green solution to rising electricity rates in Australia.

– Working in a team & contributing to daily goals and targets.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

– Strong communication skills – previous customer service, hospitality or sales experience is highly regarded however we consider all work experience.

– Ability to provide market leading customer service.

– Enthusiastic, hard working & keen to learn new skills.

– Competitive & determined to succeed on a day to day basis.
