Quality Engineer

Responsibilities:

Oversee QA inspectors’ performance and safety aspects of machining plant
Support NPI & FAI, and oversee new product quality from sample build to mass production
Review and revised documents such as – FAI, FMEA, FAIR, mill cert, farm-out certificate of conformance, customer specification (DBI), etc.
Submit reports and follow up status – NCR, SQN, SMDR, NOI, audits, etc.
Handle customer complaints, CPAR, customer log gauge, QC technical / calibration support.

Requirements:

Min Diploma in Mechanical / Quality Management Engineering
Min 1-4 years of relevant Quality Management experience in O&G / Manufacturing industry
Possess QC, QA, Engineering, Calibration, Mechanical Engineering knowledge
Knowledge in GD&T, SPC, FMEA, Control Plans, CPK, GR&R, 8D Report
