We at Dowling Real Estate Kurri Kurri are currently seeking the services of a Property Manager or Officer to join our small friendly team.

So if you have previous industry experience or if you’re currently working in the industry and feeling under-appreciated or stressed out trying to meet unrealistic KPI targets or are simply tired of weekend work robbing you of downtime with your family and friends, we offer a caring and supportive work environment with no weekend or after hours requirements to interfere with your family life or personal time.

The successful applicant will need a current driving licence and certificate of registration, possess good communication and time management skills as well as having a working knowledge of the various facets of property management.

You will be responsible for carrying out various duties both independently and along with the Senior Property manager such as attending to rent arrears control, liaising with landlords and tenants as well as organising repairs or maintenance with our regular contractors and ongoing routine inspections of our rental properties.

A wage and allowance package will be offered that reflects the level of the applicant’s experience.
