Qualifications & experience

• Previous management experience preferred, however not essential.
• The ability to remain calm and work under pressure
• Be patient/customer focused and passionate
• Possess strong attention to detail
• Be reliable, hard working and approachable
• Communicate well with other health professional, customers and team members
• Be very organized, motivated and have excellent time management skills
• Be able to set goals and motivate others to achieve them

Tasks & responsibilities

• work closely with the Retail Manager and Owner to lead and further develop our team.
• Manage and motivate staff & set goals for them to work towards
• Increase scripts kept on file/Pharmacy app/SMS service
• Forward dispense and recommend complementary supplements
• Responsible for meeting all 6 CPA program KPIs and targets
• Ensure QCPP standards are followed by team members and pharmacy policy complies with QCPP.
• Ensure dispensary team follows right procedures of stock control, expiry date checking, re-ordering of stock, stock returns.

• Currently days required are Mon, Tues, Wed, Friday’s, 8am to 6pm and one Saturday a month 8am to 6pm ( with an extra day off during the week when this happens).
