OPERATIONS ASSOCIATE?? (Full time position)Salary: $2500-$3500
Responsibilities:
Work closely with the Care Advisory Team, Supply Operations Team, Support Teams to ensure care delivery and fulfilment of visits. When on a shift, they will oversee and manage new incoming bookings as well as general enquiries from internal teams. To identify and escalate discrepancies and errors to the respective teams and also assist with tasks to support the overall team with the overall fulfilment of care visits. (Target seniors who wants to be taken care at home, arrange caregivers to elderly depending on their needs) ensure smooth ops between cust and caregiver.Office job and coordinator job. Make sure caregiver fufilll visit, if not have to backfill!Working Hours:
5 days’ work week including weekends
9am-6pm and 12pm-9pm ( will change everytime, can be mixed)Requirement:
Local Diploma
Some relevant experience preferred, no experience are welcomed too!
