This person will work onsite, 3 out of 5 days per week while the NY office remains remote; and will resume to 5 days per week once the office reopens.What you’ll do: Strong proficiency in MS Office, creating and updating PowerPoint slides, company announcements, spreadsheets, calendar, conferencing set-ups (Zoom, Teams, etc.
)Responsible for order placement of all food and beverages, including on-sites/offsites; Order from vendor/s 4x weekly; Weekly Friday catering onsite lunch event for NY office; birthday events (once monthly)Receive, scan/send, distribute, and/ or put away all incoming mail packages and deliveriesOrdering and taking inventory of all office and food/kitchen suppliesRestocking of beverages and straightening up conference/lunchrooms at end of dayCorporate credit card reconciliation twice monthlyCreating labels/documents for shipping packages and postal services (Certified Mail, etc.
