Base salary ranges between $5,135.50 and $5,361.50 p.f. (Nurse Grade 8).
Temporary full-time role up to 13/09/2022, 76 hrs p.f.
This role provides expert nursing care within a specialty area in Mount Isa and across other locations within the North West HHS, working autonomously and in collaboration with the interdisciplinary health team; and employs advanced clinical and professional practice capabilities to deliver a positive patient centred health experience for individuals. This role aims to facilitate a safe and efficient patient journey across the care continuum through the reduction of service fragmentation, educating, empowering individuals and coordinating care.
Completed Master of Nursing (Nurse Practitioner) degree qualification and AHPRA registration endorsement required.
Pre-employment screening will be conducted for the successful candidate; this may include criminal history checks and Vaccine Preventable Diseases (VPD) risk role compliance. VPD risk roles may require evidence of vaccination or immunity to: Hepatitis A/B, Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Varicella, Pertussis, Tuberculosis and COVID-19. A 6-month period of probation may apply.
