We have dedicated, compassionate and highly skilled doctors and staff including some of the most talented specialist radiologists in the country working across our network of conveniently located clinics within the Perth metropolitan area.
About the role
Permanent full time working Monday to Friday plus 1 in 3 Saturdays as regular overtime.
Start and finish times will vary between 6:45am and 5:30pm.
Location
The position will be based within the inner suburbs; Subiaco, Nedlands, Claremont, South Perth.

Key responsibilities
Outstanding customer service and excellent attention to detail are essential requirements for this position.
Reporting to the Clerical Supervisor, you will;
- Care for customers by maintaining a high standard of patient care, safety and confidentiality
- Arrive patients and make clinical appointments at the front desk
- Handle accounts, banking and medicare batching
- Take patient bookings for clinical appointments by answering inbound calls
- Take patient bookings for clinical appointments via email
- Answer internal phone calls
- Complete computer work including billing and data entry
About You
You are passionate about ensuring accuracy in your work and you have excellent attention to detail. You are well spoken and well presented which allows you to provide a high standard of customer service.
You:
- Possess a high level of attention to detail when completing your work and cross checking information for accuracy
- Have highly developed interpersonal and communication skills
- Have demonstrated experience delivering a high standard of customer service
- Hold knowledge of, or have an ability to assume knowledge of, medical terminology and anatomy
- Are team orientated
- Are confident with computers and using different databases
- Are well groomed and well presented
Previous experience in radiology or another specialist medical practice, though not essential, will be highly regarded.
