Full Job Description

Manages exempt and nonexempt employees in operations and maintenance of cellular service. Manages costs and related expenses. Works with engineering departments to ensure that all software updates are handled correctly and all installation and testing activities. Requires strong knowledge of specialty area or broad knowledge of the organization. Works closely with managers and project team members to assess/meet department goals. Implements, enforces, and may help develop strategies, guidelines. Remains current with industry trends/technologies. Monitors and is responsible for budgets for area of responsibility. Ensures compliance with government regulations and system specifications.
