Machines Installer Technician
Job Description
Job Summary
Install all types of Tissues, electrical Fly Catchers, and dosing machines. install auto dishwashers dosing unit. Implement the Assessment protocol for new customers during the installation. Train customers on proper detergents use Train new NAPCO On-premise technicians on installing, calibrating, and maintaining dosing units.
1. Job field Responsibilities & Task 95 %
Duties include but are not limited to:
1. Install all types of Tissues, foam, liquid sanitizers electrical Fly Catchers Soap Dispensers, dilution dosing machines, and auto dishwashers dosing unit.
2. Train the current Customers during the Maintenance CC and the new customers after the installation.
3. Connect the water to the dosing units and connect the electrical dosing pumps to the auto dishwasher and calibrate the original dose and top up as per the machine specification and water tank volume.
4. Prepare samples, arrange the sample room, maintain the demo box.
5. Repair all our dispensers, dosing units and send orders for spare parts.
2. Job administrative Responsibilities & Task 5 %
- Full responsibility for daily reports that include installation, maintenance, and training.

4. Required Job Qualifications & Competencies
4.1 Education & Experience
· Minimum technical Diploma.
· Aware of HACCP concept or work in an institution that applies Hazard analysis critical control points
· Work or trained as per SOP (standard operation procedure)
4.2 Competencies Profile (Refer to competencies mapping)
5. Special Working Conditions
· Job requires travel, and mobility (upon requirement).
· Work 6 days weekly or weekend and take rest in the week days .
