Flux is reimagining food production. We are building robotics to reduce the use of pesticides across global food production.
Founded by a farmer / self taught engineer / serial entrepreneur, and backed by some of Australia’s largest food producers, Flux has the key ingredients to bring world changing robotic products to market at speed.
Flux’s robotic technology is able to identify weeds in a paddock and target those weeds through various modes of removal. You will be involved in the deployment of existing products and the design and development of new products.
You will work alongside the CEO to lead the design, development, and deployment of Flux’s robotic products on farms around Australia.
You will have:
> An obsession for solving problems
> Demonstrated experience in building real things that work
> The ability to build + iterate fast
You will have experience with most or all of the following:
> Mechanical design, CAD, 3D printing, metalwork
> Circuitboard design
> Power supplies, sensors, communications
> Microcontrollers and single board computers
> Python, ROS, C++, Linux
Bonus points for:
> Cloud computing
