Lead Carpenter

We are looking for a lead carpenter/foreman to join our small team. We are a growing company with real oppurtunity for growth for the right person.

We work in Sydneys eastern suburbs, inner west, and as far south as the Illawarra.

Our work is focussed on Architectural renovations and new builds With a focus on delivering high performance, energy efficient homes.

We would carry out 2-3 large projects each year.

Responsibilities and qualities required:

Work alongside managing director to ensure every project is delivered to a high standard.
Ability to present ideas to clients and subcontractors.
High level of organisation and ability to work with systems and processes to ensure project runs smoothly.
3 years post trade experience required.
Experience in residential building OR supervisor role in commercial building.
