Japanese Restaurant seeking Manager

We are seeking candidates for a General Manger position. This individual will report to the owner and oversee management of all restaurant operations. The following qualifications are required for this position:

>Minimum of 3 years of full service experience in a high volume setting preferred
>Cost control knowledge

>Good oral, written, and verbal communication skills
>Uphold company food safety, food handling and sanitation requirements according to city standards.
>Ability to oversee employee training.
>Extensive Food and Beverage knowledge.

Issue resolution skills

=Due to city regulations, candidates must be vaccinated from COVID-19 with at least 1 dose
=Candidates should possess a food handler license.
=Previous knowledge in Japanese cuisine is a plus
