Our Client help companies improve their business performance through data and insights is looking for suitable candidates to join their growing business as Investor Relations Manager.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Work with internal and external stakeholders to manage the company’s Investor Relations
Plan, organise and manage meetings between management, investors, fund managers and research analysts
Provide insights on market activities
Conducts industry research on other companies including acquisition targets or competitor
Responsible for and media works, including planning and implementation of activities, implementation of media activities to enhance corporate visibility.
Preparation of performance / results announcements through various communication channels
Responsible for write-ups of news and press releases
Any other duties assigned

REQUIREMENTS:

Degree holder, preferably in Business/Finance/Economics or equivalent
At least 3 years of relevant working experience in investor relations
Excellent analytical and report writing skills and an acute sense of presenting data to investors
Strong market research and marketing activities planning capabilities

OTHER INFORMATION:

Location : Tanjong Pagar
Working hours : Monday – Friday, Office Hours
Salary: Up till S$7,000 higher / Negotiable (Salary will commensurate according to experience & qualifications).
