We pride ourselves on Australian Call Centres and an exciting opportunity to join our team has become available in Bayswater Victoria at our head office.

About the Position:

This is an important role within our organisation and the successful person joining our helpdesk team will enjoy the benefits of working in a close knit team. You will be vibrant, bubbly and dependable.

The products and services offered by our organisation are residential orientated communication systems and you will have competence and logic problem solving skills in the following areas:

Wireless Home Networking
Free to Air TV Transmission
Basic Home Phone Issues
Email Settings
Logging customer service jobs where required and updating customer notes

We offer to train the right candidate in some areas there may be a weakness as part of our staff training and mentoring programme.

About you:

You will have excellent written and oral English skills and a love for delivering high quality customer service. A trait to follow up and finish tasks whether engaging fellow colleagues to assist – customer satisfaction is mandatory.

You are a bright bubbly and positive individual, a team player with the ability to work with others in a team environment.

Transport:

Limited public transport is available.

Hours of Work:

The position requires attendance at our office from 8.30am to 5pm Monday through Friday. Being part of a remunerable out of hours Roster is also a requirement with this position.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: From $50,000.00 per year
