Head of Modern Trade
Your role: A strategic resource is needed for this role. You would be the person who has gone through the entire gamut of sales, trade marketing and key account management. You should have developed customer relationships with the major key accounts that have led on joint business planning with the accounts. It is important that you have led complex negotiations, contracts and created a win-win solution for all stakeholders. Lead the development of sales plans in line with regional and global objectives. You should have a strong grasp on the category strategies, manage effective spend and develop tailor-made category/ trade business plans. This position has excellent career progression so your learning and strategic agility should be above average.
8-10+ Years of overall work experience, preferably armed with an MBA from a recognized university. The position is open to overseas candidates as long as you have had prior experience in Saudi in the last 5 years.
