About the position:

This full-time position will be based at Scanlan Theodore Head Office, in South Yarra and will report to our director and work closely with our department leads. Our Australian Boutiques, including our concession spaces in leading Australian department store David Jones, feature Scanlan Theodore collections; Ready to Wear, Crepe Knit, Leather, Denim, Shoes, Bags, Swim and Eyewear.

With an established team including, Designers, Production, Merchandise, Boutique Leaders, PR & Marketing, Human Resources the brand is looking to recruit an experienced General Manager of Retail to elevate the brand, by taking a strategic approach to the retail space ultimately driving a luxury client experience, a collaborative business culture whilst driving sales revenue.

Experience in project management, people management, budget management and business strategies which translate into successful outcomes
Excellent stake holder management skills by developing strong working relationships and to work with a range of stakeholders
Excellent communication skills with extensive experience at influencing negotiating and conflict resolution
