Working from our modern facility in Dandenong South, Tranzworks is enjoying a period of exciting growth and we now have an opening for an experienced Fleet Controller to join our busy Operations Team. Tranzworks employs a comprehensive suite of despatch and tracking technology and the opportunity to work with a close-knit, friendly team that is consistently busy. Tranzworks’ Operations team is highly skilled and experienced and looking for the right candidate to fit in and rise to the challenge. We also offer opportunities to rotate through out-of-hours work and add to your income; a rare occurrence in these trying times.

Our Supervisory and Management teams have a wealth of industry experience that will be a goldmine of developmental opportunities for those seeking to really add to their knowledge and skills in transport.

ABOUT YOU:

You will ideally possess at least three years experience as a Fleet Controller, with knowledge of a wide range of vehicles.

You will enjoy a variety of tasks, including customer service, client and driver engagement and some admin duties. You will be punctual and reliable, flexible and keen to rise to new and rewarding challenges. Variation of responsibility and a sharp attention to detail are qualities you thrive on demonstrating and are oriented toward developing your skills and abilities in these areas. You are customer and fleet focused and are proud to provide the best possible service and experience to both.

You will be confident with Microsoft Office tools and apps and will have experience with TMS and despatch systems and understand the Fleet Control and Customer Service process.
