Facilities Manager
Job Description
- Manage all facilities contracts from initiation, billing until ending.
- Coordinate with concerned government departments to get required licenses/permits for the facilities.
- Manage facilities teams and make sure everyone is aligned to departmental objectives.
- Perform facility inspections and report on condition affecting operations.
- Prepare and submit summary reports of conditions in buildings and recommend actions to be taken.
- Maintain compliance to City, County, State ordinances and codes.
Skills
- Minimum 5 years experience,
- Age between 30-45
