About the role

The DMK education platform is an important interface between DMK and its family of clinics around Australia and NZ. This enables DMK to provide support across areas such as marketing, online and face-to-face education & training, event bookings and management, reward programs, provision of documents via an online library, regular communication updates and latest news, along with the management and validation of therapist skills.

We are now looking for an enthusiastic and motivated person to join our team to manage our education platform who is:

Passionate about skincare
Enthusiastic about delivering education to a broad on-line user base in the best way possible
Displays high levels of attention to detail with a focus on the task at hand
Able to manage and troubleshoot queries from users
Interested in maintaining the integrity and validity of the data contained in the system
Able to contribute to future development of the system, feeding back comments and suggestions to the development team

Some of the tasks involved include:

Posting new online courses and events as they become available
Posting new documents to the document library as they become available
Ad-hoc reporting for management and the Account Management Team
Managing the recording or live streaming of training sessions
Acting as an interface between Education and Marketing and between Education and The Account Management Team
Administrative tasks associated with maintaining the integrity of the data in the system
Troubleshooting queries raised by users prior to escalation
Communicating with International distributors
Working closely with the development team to test functionality and implement new processes
