Your job will be assist customer with their queries and keep them informed about all aspect of their subscriber privileges. Requirements
Assisting clients worldwide through a live support.
maintaining client records
Dealing with complaints of a varying nature promptly and effectively
Providing all relevant information to clients such as documents and materials on becoming a client.
Liaising with all departments to resolve issues.
You should be able to speak fluent Russian or Mandarin or Farsi or Arabic along with English
