Raffles place or Serangoon


  • Handles customer service hotline regarding public transport matters
  • Provide quality customer service to public members over the phone and resolve their enquiries
  • Follow-up on outstanding cases and perform call backs if necessary

Working Hour:

5.5 days work week and rotating shifts

8am to 5pm/12pm to 8pm/2.30pm to 10.30pm
