Charterhouse is working with a global FMCG brand which is looking to hire a Consumer Insights Manager to join its regional headquarters in Dubai. A primary focus of this role will be to work closely alongside Stakeholders and Internal colleagues to provide insights and data driven recommendations relating to sales and trade performance. As Consumer Insights Manager you will have a coverage across the entire category portfolio for the Middle East and emerging markets.

A fundamental requirement of this role will be to proactively deliver insights relating to sales, trading and consumer trends which bridge the gap between core business units, whilst also challenging decision maker’s perspectives through the effective use of data driven intelligence. This is an exciting role which offers the opportunity to join a dynamic, driven and collaborative team, making a real difference to shape business strategies and support brand growth across the region. A strong commercial understanding and genuine passion for research and in-depth analysis is essential for this role, which would best suit an individual who has a methodical approach and curious nature. As part of the leadership team you will work together with stakeholders, presenting objective findings and commercially sound recommendations which address key business opportunities. In addition there will be a need to influence decision makers and at times challenge different perspectives to reach mutually agreeable solutions, therefore the successful candidate should be able to demonstrate excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Requirements

To be considered for this role you should have a Degree in marketing or related field, with previous experience of managing performance related insights within a multinational FMCG or Consumer Goods organisation. The successful candidate should possess strong knowledge of various insights techniques combined with the ability to analyse and draw key findings from large amounts of complex data. Experience of working within the UAE and handling multiple markets across the Middle East is essential for this role.
