• Attend to customer’s needs and provide professional advice
• Perform treatment services according to standards set by the company
• Educate and promote suitable treatments and products to clients
• Prepare treatment rooms, maintain cleanliness and neatness
• Schedule appointments and maintain accuracy in customers’ treatment logs
• Build rapport and establish good relationships with customers to ensure customer retention

Requirements

• CIBTAC / CIDESCO / ITEC qualification or other Beauty Certificate
• Welcome! Experienced personnel with no certificate
• Dedicated and strong willingness to learn
• Team player with positive attitude and pleasant disposition
