About us

Palmerston Bakery is the only Australian-owned manufacturing bakery in the NT and has been producing and delivering bread from Palmerston since 1995. Our customer base is predominantly cafe’s and takeaways although we have significant other customers that we serve on a contract or as required basis.

Tasks & responsibilities

• Manage rack ovens, packing rolls, and assist with the production of bread as rolls as required in a wholesale bakery environment
