Our Client is a leader in the Hospitality / Serviced Residence industry and they are looking for Associate Accountants to join their growing team!About the Associate Accountant role:You will be responsible for the establishment and management of the accounting functions to ensure the protection of assets and adherence to established policies and procedures.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:– Maintain all ledgers, journals, and other accounting records of the company- Prepare detailed reports of income and expenditure monthly with comparisons to forecasts and previous periods- Prepare Profile & Loss accounts and balance sheet- Assist in preparing budgets and in business planning which includeds projected room revenue- Reconcile bank statements- Report bad debts and monitors cash flow statements- Plan, coordinate and production of financial/regulatory reports- Examines and reviews financial/regulatory reports/statements to ensure compliance with standards and regulations- Develop and oversee production of internal reporting formats/standardsImportant Requisites for the Associate Accountant Role:To be successful in this Associate Accountant role, you need to be meticulous and good with numbers, with excellent organizational skills.REQUIREMENTS:
– Minimum Diploma / Degree in Finance / Accountacny / Business Administration or equivalentOTHER INFORMATION:Salary: $3,100 – $4,150
