Administrative Officer
Job Description
One of the Leading Company in Saudiarabia is looking the HR Officer / Administrative Officer for their Projects in Neom-Tabuk Region.
Main Activities
* Monitor staff performance and attendance activities
– Provide information and assistance to staff, supervisors and Council on human resource and work related issues.
– Develop and implement a human resources plan and personnel management policies and procedures
– Promote workplace safety.
– Provide advice and assistance to staff and management on pay and benefits systems
– – Explain and provisions of the personnel policy.
– Explain employment standards and legislation such as workers compensation, labour standards.
– Organize the transitional provisions of employee compensation, pay and benefits when positions are transferred or new positions.
– Perform other related duties as required
Skills
– A Degree or higher national diploma in a relevant subject such as HR management or business may be required for some posts.
– Understanding and practical knowledge of employment law and employer best
practice
– Organized and methodical approach to administration and record keeping
– Excellent IT Skills
– Excellent problem solving skills
– Excellent written and verbal communication English skills are essential
