Are you ready to go beyond?

Provide administrative and financial services to ensure that an effective and accurate operation is achieved. Duties and responsibilities include:

1. Coding, reviewing, processing and monitoring of supplier payments.

2. Posting financial transactions.

3. Reconciling and reporting any discrepancies.

4. Preparing month-end accruals.

Required Skills & Abilities:

• Ability to perform simple accounting procedures.
• Knowledge of cash management principles and/or procedures.
• Basic data entry and/or word processing skills.
• Records maintenance skills.
• Ability to analyze and solve problems.
• Ability to read, sort, check, count, and verify numbers.
• Ability to prepare routine administrative paperwork.
• Account balancing skills.
• Ability to use an automated accounting system.
• Knowledge of accounts payable procedures and practices.
