Senior Global Programs Co-Ordinator

THE ROLE

Working within a specialist multinational division, you will provide high level administration and underwriting support across inwards and outwards global program. As a senior in the team, you will also become a technical referral point to junior underwriting assistants as you handle escalations and questions around the programs.
Handle new business and renewals including quote and bind across property and other corporate lines
Preparation of complex, multi-layer policy documentation and advising on international requirements
Interpreting complex policy wordings, processing policy documents and certificates of currency
Communicate with stakeholders (both on-shore & off-shore) acting as a point of contact responding to enquiries over the phone and by email.
Ensuring premium calculations and spreadsheets are accurate and up to date
Open to Sydney or Melbourne

ABOUT YOU

Solid experience working across global/multinational accounts – broking or underwriting backgrounds OK
Candidates with single line, corporate underwriting assistant backgrounds will also be considered
Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to handle challenging deadlines and prioritise work whilst ensuring high quality work is produced
