Job Description

The Clinic Assistant is responsible for the daily patient appointment and registration of the women’s outpatient clinic.

Responsibilities:

Assist in the daily operation of specialist outpatient clinic

Attend to walk-in patients and phone calls

Appointment booking for patients

Handle patient’s registration and data entry

Collection of payment from patients

General administrative duties in the clinic, as assigned by the clinic manager

Requirements:

At least 2 years of working experience in specialist outpatient clinic as a Clinic Assistant.

Knowledge in medical terminology & clinic management system

Comfortable communicating with specialists & patients

Pleasant personality and has a service-oriented mindset

Able to start within short notice or immediate is preferred
