An opportunity has become available for an experienced licensed electrician for a full time position in our business. We are a Family Owned, Electrical Contracting Business. We have built & maintained long term relationships due to our exceptional quality & excellence in customer service. We specialize in facilities maintenance (shopping centres, schools, residential towers)

Qualifications & experience

NSW Electrical Licence & Contractors Licence or equivalent. A minimum of 3 years experience in a licensed electrical tradesman role
NSW Drivers Licence (Manual)
WHS General Construction White Card in NSW
Working with Children Check
Experience in Fault Finding, RCD Testing, Test & Tag, Emergency Lighting, Switchboard Upgrades etc..
Having previously worked with Real Estate, Building Managers, Strata Agents etc..
Experience in maintenance role (highly desirable)
Reliable, self-motivated, honest & reliable.
Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to create & maintain strong customer relationships
Good written & verbal skills

Tasks & responsibilities

Communicating with Stakeholders, Clients, Facilities Managers, Strata Managers, Real Estate Agents
Monitoring, operation & maintenance of electrical infrastructure & associated assets
Carrying out planned preventative, reactive & corrective electrical maintenance works
