IT Support Analyst

Working as part of our IT Helpdesk Team, your focus will be to provide IT support to over 65 stores across Australia, our Distribution Centres and our National Store Support Centre.

Key responsibilities include:

The IT Helpdesk team is responsible for being the first point of contact when our team members are experiencing IT issues. This can range from store equipment not functioning correctly, our Support Office team members having difficultly with their work computers or phones, to networks being down in store and negatively impacting trade.

In this role you will monitor network and system behaviours, and act quickly to resolve any issues that arise. Your ultimate goal as a team is to ensure that each team member can perform their duties in their role without encountering any technical issues. You’ll do this by monitoring the IT Help inbox and actioning requests over the phone and email.

About you:

To be successful in this role you must be a strong problem solver. You’ll need to have confidence in front of a computer and experience in Active Directory and Office 365 is desired, but not essential. You will be a quick thinker, able to deliver effective solutions and communicate them with ease, but above all you must be able to think logically and be calm when working through high pressure problems. You must have a willingness to learn, you’ll keep a positive attitude and you’ll be a team player, willing to jump in and help where you can. You’ll be comfortable interacting with stakeholders of every level, often communicating with people who may have little IT knowledge or understanding. You’ll be able to ask the right questions to understand the problems they are facing, and then communicate a solution in a way they can understand.
