Job Description

Key Duties and Responsibilities :

Detailed reviewing of tender documents and drawings for technical compliance and deviations. Prepare Request for Information when necessary
Taking of Bill of Quantities (BOM) for all Electrical , Extra Low Voltage (ELV) and Security System
Liaising with vendors and subcontractors to Request for Quotation and evaluate their proposal in compliance specifications and drawings
Prepare and summarize BOM with the correct cost estimate for tender price review with management
Prepare and compile tender submission documents
Responsible for overall tender process from start to post tender stage
Provide general support and ad-hoc duties as and when instructed by the Manager

Additional Requirements: Site experience is an advantage but not compulsory

Educational Qualifications and Skills :

Degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
Awareness of ISO 9001:2015 QMS
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
