GL Officer
Job Description
Officer, GL (1 Year contract)
Responsibilities:
· To generate and verify sales invoices for all fulfilled services and products timely and accurate
· To submit all necessary sales invoices online via government and customer portals
· To deliver all sales invoices electronically and/or by mail timely
· Ensure proper filing/scanning of tax invoices
· Assist with supporting documents as and when required for billing.
· Monitor and track issued billing documents to ensure completeness
· Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned and support the Team
· Perform Data Entry and cover administrative duties as assigned (scanning, photocopying, filing, digitizing of hardcopy documents etc.)
Requirements:
· Candidate must possess at least Higher secondary/Pre-U/A or O level/College, Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field.
· Proficiency/experience in MS Excel, SAGE Accpac or S/4 Hana SAP is preferred.
