Male Reservation Agent
Job Description
1. Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and friendly manner
2. Welcome visitors in a warm and friendly manner and answer any questions visitors have.
3. Maintain gate and area always surrounded to it in a clean and tidy manner
4. Operate standard office equipment on a regular basis, including a fax machine, a copy machine, and a computer.
5. Keep detailed and accurate records of visitor requests and of calls received.
6. Maintain the general office filing system.
7. write well using correct grammar and spelling.
8. communicate verbally with confidence and clarity.
9. ask effective questions
10. listen actively and respond with empathy
11. follow instructions properly
12. understand and respond to non-verbal signals and distribute information efficiently
13. maintain confidentiality and show discretion, adhere to company policies and procedures
14. represent organization in an ethical and professional manner
You must cooperate in all matters relating to Health and Safety and implement all procedures for your job role. The identification of Health and Safety related risks within the working environment must be highlighted to your management.

o Knowledge of proper reservations and communication with the management.
