1. Implement schema for applications.
2. Build prototype modules.
3. Build programmed forms and reports.
4. Ensure the quality of code.
5. Enhance system to achieve the user requirements and satisfaction
6. Manage and configure the application server for applications
7. Manage and tune the performance of applications
8. Gather the requirements from internal customers for business application developments
9. Making the supportive document of change requests, handling complains related to applications, handling the related documents of applications.
10. Do a task requested from management if required on business.
11. Manage the tasks within the teamwork and do task coordination
