Job Description
Location:
Raffles place or Serangoon
Responsibilities:
- Handles customer service hotline regarding public transport matters
- Provide quality customer service to public members over the phone and resolve their enquiries
- Follow-up on outstanding cases and perform call backs if necessary
Working Hour:
5.5 days work week and rotating shifts
8am to 5pm/12pm to 8pm/2.30pm to 10.30pm
Salary:
Up to $2000
