Manage the daily inventory for the branches

Manage daily income branches

twice visit the branches daily

Daily request for materials from warehouse

Follow up on the validity of products through forms

Fill out forms for spoiled material.

Follow up on sterilization and hygiene

Follow up maintenance matters and requests

Bakery order

Continue to fill out the approved forms

Review municipal cards for Barista and licenses

Inform the accountant when they transfer spen machines to different branches and when they receiving new span Machines

Monthly physical inventory count summary for all branches

Updating Inventory and sales in HQ

Checking the cleaning of branches and following the 7 chceklist mention in the branch and weekly deep cleaning for the branches

Tracking the sales, addons, bakery & merchandise sales and achieving the target

Being Responsible for the Baladiya Issues and Visits made by Baladiya

Checking the grooming of the barista and train them according to the standards and make sure no customer complaints
