Position Title: Personal Assistant to CEO

Employment Type: Full Time

Salary: up to 12K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

Job Location: Dubai, UAE

About the Client:

A casual dining, Thai restaurant in Dubai premium location, showcasing Bangkok specialty Street food and desserts

Job Description:

Anticipate the CEO’s needs and proactively brings together appropriate people and resources to support in addressing these issues
Plan, coordinate and ensure the CEOs schedule runs effectively
Manage all incoming correspondence (emails, post, telephone calls) and organize them in a systematic way
Complete a broad range of administrative tasks for the CEO for both business and personal matters
Communicate to the team and external stakeholders on behalf of the CEO

Skills

Qualifications:

Open to French speakers
35 years old and below
Bachelor’s degree in Administration or any relevant field
At least 2 years of experience in the same role
Candidates who can join immediately will be prioritized
