Production Operative

The client is offering ongoing long time work with possibility of becoming permanent for successful candidate. After 12 weeks probation period you will be paid pay parity £13.71ph.

This is long term work and full training is provided.

As a Production Operative you will need to have:

• Some previous experience of working within a clean factory environment
• Previous production / manufacturing experience
• Willing to learn new skills if needed
• Good standard of English

Details of Industrial Production Operative:

• Salary: PP RATE from day one £13.71 per hour
• Overtime Pay £14.25
• Hours of work: Rotating 4 on 4 off
• Days: 7am – 7pm
• Nights: 7pm – 7am
• Must be able to rotate on both shifts.
• Location: Rugby
• Duration: Ongoing
