Job Description:
? Ensure customer satisfaction through promoting excellent service; respond to customer complaints tactfully and professionally
? Maintain quality control for all food served
? Analyze staff evaluations and feedback to improve the customer’s experience
? Project future needs for goods, kitchen supplies, and cleaning products; order accordingly
? Oversee health code compliance and sanitation standards
? Seek ways to cut waste and decrease operational costs

Requirements

Position Title: Restaurant Supervisor
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 4.5K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications plus duty meals and tips
Job Location: Dubai, UAE

Qualifications
? 40 years old and below
? At least 3 years’ experience in the same role; experience F&B establishment or hospitality serving alcohol is preferred
? Immediate joiners will be prioritized
