Job Description

We are urgently hiring temporary Call Centre/Customer Service Agents to join us on our project asap.Salary: $10/hour Location: Kallang Pudding Road (Nearest is Mattar MRT station)Working Days: Monday to Friday
Working Hours: 8.30am to 5.30pm

Job Responsibilities:

Handling calls from the public about enquiries/complaints/feedback on government grants and support schemes
Deliver consistent and accurate advice and support to the customers in accordance to company’s service standards
Enter/Log all cases into the case management system accurately and timely

Job Requirements:

Singaporeans only
Possess prior customer service experience
Good command of English
